How to find and install TV software

Check two numbers before you download: the board number and the screen. Smart boards also need the RAM. Then install with a USB stick.

Where is the board number?

HDMIUSBAVT.R67.03 V10

Open the back cover. The number is printed in white on the green board. It looks like T.R67.03 V10 or TP.MS3663S.PB801. Every letter and number must match. Dots and spaces do not.

Find your screen

The same board drives screens of different sizes, and each screen needs its own software.

Panel sticker, best

On the metal back of the screen. Type its number in the panel check on the software page.

Old file name

Old software often has the screen in its name, like _1366x768.bin.

Screen size, a guide

Some 32 inch TVs are Full HD, so check the sticker when you can.

Smart boards: find the RAM

Universal boards skip this. If the TV works: Settings, then About. Or read the old file name: 768M is 768 MB, 1G is 1 GB. A number like 8G is the storage chip, not the RAM.

Install with a USB stick

  1. 1Unzip the file. Use WinRAR or 7-Zip on a computer. If it came in parts, open part 1 only. Smart boards only.کمپیوٹر پر فائل اَن زِپ کریں
  2. 2Format the USB as FAT32. A USB stick of 8 GB or smaller works best.یو ایس بی کو FAT32 میں فارمیٹ کریں
  3. 3Copy the file to the USB. In the main folder, not inside another folder. Do not rename it.فائل یو ایس بی میں ڈالیں، کسی فولڈر کے اندر نہیں
  4. 4TV off, USB in. Switch the TV off at the wall, then put the USB in.ٹی وی بند کر کے یو ایس بی لگائیں

Problems after install?

Download the Mirror version of the same screen.

Wrong screen. Check the panel number and download the right screen.

Sound, but no pictureآواز آ رہی ہے مگر تصویر نہیں

Try the other version for your screen, or ask us.

TV does not start after installانسٹال کے بعد ٹی وی آن نہیں ہو رہا

Install again with USB. If USB no longer works, the board needs a programmer (RT809H). Ask us.

Remote does not workریموٹ نہیں چل رہا

Download the version for your remote.

TV does not read the USBٹی وی یو ایس بی نہیں پڑھ رہا

FAT32, 8 GB or smaller, the file in the main folder. Try the other USB port.
