About these terms

This site is operated by module.pk, 166, B Block Block B Sabzazar Housing Scheme Phase 1 & 2 Lahore, 54000, Pakistan. By using the site, or by placing an order through it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Our shipping, payment, warranty and returns pages form part of these terms, and our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Who may order

You must be 18 or over and capable of entering into a binding contract to order from this site. You may order as a guest or by creating an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for any orders placed through it, and you must give us information that is accurate and kept up to date. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Prices and availability

Prices and stock shown on the site are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. Parts like these move quickly and prices move with the market, so a listing may be sold or repriced before your order reaches us. Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. Delivery charges are not included in the item price; the charge shown at checkout is an estimate based on the city you give us, and where we cannot calculate it, or where the city is not on our list, we will confirm the actual charge with you before anything ships.

We may decline or cancel an order if the part turns out to be unavailable, if it was listed at an obvious error of price or description, or if we are unable to verify the order or the delivery address. If we do, we will tell you, and you will not be charged.

How an order is made

1. 1. You place an order, either through the checkout on this site or by messaging us on WhatsApp or by email. Placing it is an offer to buy on these terms. Adding a part to your cart on its own is not an order.
2. 2. We acknowledge your order, and you can follow its progress from the confirmation link we send you or, if you have an account, from your account. An acknowledgement is not yet our acceptance.
3. 3. We confirm the part, the price and the delivery charge with you. A contract between us comes into existence at that point, and not before.
4. 4. We test the part, film it working and send you the video. Only once you are happy do we ship it, and payment comes after that.

If you need to change or cancel an order, message us as soon as possible. We can usually do so at no cost while the order is still with us; once it has shipped, our returns policy applies instead.

Payment

You may pay cash on delivery or online. Nothing is charged when you place an order, and we will never ask you to pay before you have seen the video of your part working. The accounts we accept payment into are listed on our payment page. Always confirm your order with us before sending any payment, and treat any other account details you are given as suspect.

Delivery

Couriers, charges and timelines are on our shipping page. Delivery timescales are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the courier. It is your responsibility to give us a delivery address and phone number that are correct and reachable; we are not responsible for a delay or failed delivery caused by details that were wrong or incomplete.

Returns, exchanges and warranty

What we promise about a part working, and what to do if it does not, are set out on our warranty page. Your right to return or exchange a part, the period in which you can do so and the conditions that apply are set out in full on our returns page. Those pages govern; nothing on this page is intended to shorten or qualify them, and nothing in these terms affects any right you have under applicable law.

Product information

We describe every part as accurately as we can, but photographs are illustrative and a supplier may change a revision, connector or label without notice. Compatibility depends on your exact TV or panel model number, so send it to us and let us confirm the fit before you order — a part bought against the wrong model number is the most common avoidable problem we see. Specifications and part numbers on the site may be corrected at any time.

Parts of this kind are intended to be fitted by a competent technician. Working inside a television involves mains voltage and stored charge, and incorrect fitting can damage the part, the set or the person doing the work. You are responsible for ensuring the work is carried out safely and by someone qualified to do it.

Using this site

Please use the site normally and in good faith. Do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, place fraudulent or speculative orders, or submit false or abusive messages through it. We may suspend or block access, and decline or cancel orders, where the site is being misused. The site is provided as it is, and while we work to keep it available and accurate, we cannot promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

The text, layout, photographs and logos on this site belong to module.pk or to the brands concerned, and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Brand and model names are used only to identify the equipment a part fits; we are not affiliated with those manufacturers, and listing a part does not imply their endorsement.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
